Chialing is a cellist and music educator based in New York City. She has been on the faculty of Wetherby-Pembridge School and runs a private teaching studio in the Upper West Side. As an orchestral musician, Chialing has performed with the Evansville Symphony, Owensboro Symphony, Columbus Philharmonic, and Carmel Symphony. Currently, she substitutes with the New Jersey Festival Orchestra and New World Symphony. She is an alumna of the Spoleto Festival, Bowdoin Festival, Texas Music Festival, and Festival Napa Valley. Chialing holds degrees from The New School and Indiana University.
